How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order has been dispatched within 24 hours, you will receive it within approximately 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), by post for mainland France and 5 working days for Europe.

What are the delivery tracking steps?
After registering your order, it will be ready within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
It will then be given to the carrier to be delivered to you within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and mainland France, and 5 working days in Europe.
What carriers do you use?
Delivery is made by local post in the country of destination.
For France, delivery is handled by our partner La Poste .
