Maison-CÉCILE offers free tracked delivery for any purchase, whatever the destination (France and DOM-TOM included)
How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order has been dispatched within 24 hours, you will receive it within approximately 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), by post for mainland France and 5 working days for Europe.

What are the delivery tracking steps?
After registering your order, it will be ready within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
It will then be given to the carrier to be delivered to you within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and mainland France, and 5 working days in Europe.
What carriers do you use?
Delivery is made by local post in the country of destination.
For France, delivery is handled by our partner La Poste .

If your order has still not fully arrived after a month, we invite you to make some checks:
- Check if you have not received a calling card.Your order may have been dropped off at a post office near you.
- Check with your neighbors or your caretaker.

Delivery costs are free for all orders on the entire Maison CÉCILE site, whatever the destination.

Orders are prepared and then shipped from Paris, France.
Order preparation times are 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery is made to a letter box (if the size of the package allows it), or to the post office closest to the delivery address, if applicable.
Maison CÉCILE and the carriers being separate and independent entities, Maison CÉCILE cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carriers.
The jewels are delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order form.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail at hello@maison-cecile.com as soon as possible, specifying the reference of your order, as well as the e-mail address used during the command.
